Pan-India star Prabhas, known for his humble nature and strong screen presence, owns one of the most luxurious farmhouses in Hyderabad. While he prefers to keep a low profile, his lavish lifestyle and valuable properties reflect his superstar status.
The Hyderabad farmhouse, spread across a massive 84 acres, is reportedly worth ₹60 crores. This makes it far more expensive than Shah Rukh Khan’s seaside retreat, Jannat, in Alibaug, which is valued at around ₹14.67 crores.

Located near Jubilee Hills, a posh area known for its celebrity residents, Prabhas’ farmhouse features a large entrance, manicured gardens, and elegant architecture. It includes modern comforts like a temperature-controlled swimming pool, a private gym, and open spaces designed for leisure and relaxation. The interiors follow a minimalistic design with a white-and-wood theme, giving it a royal yet cozy feel. Large chandeliers and artistic decor enhance the overall charm.
Apart from this property, Prabhas also owns a villa in Italy designed in classic Tuscan style. Valued at ₹40 crores, this villa serves as both a vacation home and a luxury rental space.
Despite owning such grand properties, Prabhas continues to be grounded and soft-spoken, which has earned him a loyal fanbase who lovingly call him “Darling.”
On the professional front, the actor is gearing up for multiple big projects. His romantic-horror film The Raja Saab is set to release on December 5. He also has other major films lined up, including PrabhasHanu directed by Hanu Raghavapudi and Spirit, directed by Sandeep Reddy Vanga
