Prithviraj Sukumaran, a renowned name in the Kerala film industry, has once again captivated audiences with his latest release, Aadujeevitham (2024). While many may recognize him from his role in Salaar (2023), his career spans over two decades, showcasing his versatility and talent.
This recent cinematic gem, Aadujeevitham, has set ablaze the Kerala box office, achieving a remarkable worldwide gross of over INR 150 crore. It stands as the third Malayalam film to achieve such a feat, following the footsteps of Tovino Thomas’s 2018 (2023) and Manjummel Boys (2024).
As the curtains draw to a close on its theatrical run, fans eagerly anticipate its digital premiere. Renamed The Goat Life for its dubbed versions, Aadujeevitham expected OTT date is out and fans are excited to watch. As per the reports, the film is all set to grace screens on Disney+ and Hotstar from April 26, 2024.
Based on Benyamin’s acclaimed 2008 Malayalam novel, inspired by true events, Aadujeevitham follows the journey of Najeeb, portrayed by Prithviraj Sukumaran, a Malayali migrant worker enslaved as a goat herder in a remote Saudi Arabian farm.
The stellar cast includes Prithviraj Sukumaran as Najeeb Mohammed, Amala Paul as his wife Sainu, and Jimmy Jean-Louis as Ibrahim Khadiri, supported by talented actors such as Shobha Mohan, KR Gokul, Talib Al Balushi, Rik Aby, and Nazer Karutheni.
Helmed by Blessy, with screenplay collaboration from Benyamin, “Aadujeevitham” boasts captivating cinematography by Sunil K. S., seamless editing by A. Sreekar Prasad, and enchanting music by A. R. Rahman. The production was skillfully managed by Visual Romance Image Makers, Jet Media Production, and Alta Global Media.
