Earlier, Tv anchors were only limited to small screens and were occasionally seen in feature films. But the present generation anchors are choosing a different path. Instead of appearing occasionally, they are trying to balance both small screen and silver screen. Anchors like Anasuya, Rashmi and Srimukhi were not only ruling the TV programs, but also trying to create their mark in the films.
Of these lot, Anasuya is the first one who brought this change in the industry. She has mixed her vocabulary skills with ample of glamor and stole the hearts of many. At first, she was hesitant to act in feature films and focussed only on TV Shows. This made her leave the offer to dance alongside Pawan Kalyan in Atharintiki Daaredi. But this year, she was seen in two films- Soggade Chinni Nayana and Kshnam. Especially, she stole the show in Kshanam by donning a serious cop avatar.
According to the latest buzz, Anasuya will be seen in a guest role in Sai Dharam Tej’s next film Winner. Director Gopichand Malineni felt that Anasuya would fit into that role and asked her. As she liked it, even she has given her nod. Apparently, she will also shake a leg with Sai Dharam Tej in one of the songs in the film. The movie has Rakul Preet as the female lead and it is slated to release in February 2017.
