With the Election Commission announcing the assembly polls and simultaneously being held Lok Sabha polling for Andhra Pradesh and Telangana on April 11 has put Majili makers tense. With the election campaign going to looms large with less time to go, the makers are wondering that this might hamper the footfalls for Majili which is all set for scheduled to release on April 5th.
Only Majili is releasing amidst election time, while other films like Chitralahari, Jersey, Maharshi and Dear Comrade would be hitting the marque after the elections making their way easy. To put it in a nutshell, the assembly polls has put Majili in a tight spot. Sensing the situation, Naga Chaitanya and Samantha has double their promotions. Secondly, the film also holds crucial for Chay as his recent release were all dud. So it is to be seen if Chay bounces back with Majili or the polls hamper the film?
