Due to consecutive failures, star hero Suriya has lost his market value in Tollywood. The actor once who enjoyed immense stardom in Telugu land is now limited as a hero who can’t even get good openings for his films. His recent movie Bandobast is a classic example of this case.

Surya’s Bandobast box office collections dip

Bandobast was released the other day simultaneously in both Tamil and Telugu. This KV Anand directorial action thriller failed to create any buzz before its release and even the makers failed to promote it aggressively to the Telugu audience. Eventually, it affected the collections of the movie.

The film failed to collect a distributor share of even Rs. 1 crore and ended up as a huge disappointment. On top of that, the film got ordinary reports which can make things even worse for Suriya. The hit talk of Gaddalakonda Ganesh will also affect Bandobast. On the whole, it looks like the chapter is closed for Suriya in the Telugu land.
