Colours Swathi got married to her long-time beau Vikas in a low-key ceremony in Hyderabad on August 31. It was a love-cum-arranged marriage. Unlike atar wedding with an uber extravaganza lavish wedding, Swathi Reddy rather chose a simple low-key ceremony away from Tollywood show. Her Swamy Ra Ra co-star Nikhil Siddharth attended the wedding.

Swathi’s husband Vikas, hails from Kerala, is an International pilot working for Malaysian Airlines. The reception will be held in Kochi on September 2. Earlier, Swathi issued a clarification that she would continue to act even after her marriage. “I feel that getting married is part of the natural progression of life. You get a partner and you go ahead in life. So, my work is not gonna stop. I’ll go mad if I don’t work and, to be honest, everybody should be working, ” says Swathi.
