India pacer Mohammed Shami has landed in a soup after his wife Hasin Jahan filed a domestic complaint against him alleging domestic violence and extra-marital affairs. Hasin has shown WhatsApp and Facebook conversations with women.
A police official said, “On the basis of the written letter of complaint of Hasin Jahan wife of Md. Shami, a case was recorded at Jadavpur police station on March 8 against Md Sami and four others.”
In her complaint, she said, “Everyone in their family used to torture me. His mother and brother used to abuse me. The tortures continued till 2-3 a.m. in the morning. They even wanted to kill me.” However, the 27-year-old pacer refuted the allegations saying it was purportedly done to create roadblock to his career.
