Devara choreographer expresses disappointment over Janhvi Kapoor
Bosco Martis, who choreographed the popular Telugu song Chuttamalle from Devara: Part 1, has recently spoken out about his disappointment. In a conversation with BBC Asian Network, Bosco shared that he was hurt because actress Janhvi Kapoor did not mention or credit him while promoting the song.
He said, “I wish Janhvi had spoken about my work in Chuttamalle during her interviews. But it’s okay. If people don’t notice it, you just continue doing your work.” Bosco felt that there should be a proper system where choreographers are always credited, instead of having to ask for recognition. He also mentioned how respectful and thankful Vicky Kaushal was for giving him due credit for the song Tauba Tauba from Bad Newz.

For those unaware, Chuttamalle became a viral hit in 2024, especially for Janhvi Kapoor’s performance and expressions. The song, composed by Anirudh Ravichander, was praised by fans and helped the movie’s buzz grow stronger.
Devara: Part 1, starring Jr NTR, tells the story of a former smuggler who turns into a strict village leader. Janhvi Kapoor made her Telugu debut with this film, which also features Saif Ali Khan, Srikanth, Shine Tom Chacko, and Kalaiyarasan in key roles.
