A Telugu man, identified as Vineeth Ravuri in the US, allegedly stabbed a woman multiple times with a knife. He is currently in police custody facing several charges under criminal law.
According to the reports, the 26-year-old man has been living in Secaucus, a quiet town in Hudson County of New Jersey State. Ravuri met a woman at a hotel near the town and paid her for sex. However, dissatisfied with the service, Vineeth demanded his money back for which the woman resisted his attempts to stop her. In the ensuing fight between both of them, Vineeth stabbed her multiple times leaving her grievously injured in her hand and buttocks.
However, the victim managed to escape from his clutches and called the police. Subsequently, Vineeth was nabbed at the hotel lobby with blood stains all over his body. He was arrested on charges of armed robbery, criminal restraint, aggravated assault and possession of a weapon for an unlawful purpose and engaging in prostitution.
