Is Sobhita Dhulipala pregnant?

There is a strong buzz in Tollywood that actors Naga Chaitanya and Sobhita Dhulipala might be expecting their first child. Industry insiders have hinted that a popular star is soon going to embrace fatherhood. With no other major star reportedly in a similar situation, all attention turned towards the Thandel actor and his wife Sobhita.

Naga Chaitanya and Sobhita Dhulipala reportedly started dating in 2021, not long after Chaitanya finalized his divorce from Samantha. After dating for about two years, the couple introduced each other to their families. Once their families approved, Naga Chaitanya proposed to Sobhita during a vacation in Goa. Though they kept their relationship private, they often dropped subtle hints on social media.

Recently, Telugu360, a popular website focused on Tollywood news, hinted at a star actor awaiting fatherhood. Fans were quick to guess and tag Naga Chaitanya under the post. However neither Naga Chaitanya nor Sobhita has publicly reacted to the rumors. Reports suggest that Naga Chaitanya’s father, Nagarjuna Akkineni might speak on this soon.

Professionally, Naga Chaitanya is doing well. After the success of his cloud kitchen venture, Shoyu, he opened another outlet named Scuzo. He is also busy shooting for his next film, an adventure thriller directed by Virupaksha fame Karthik Dandu and produced by BVSN Prasad.

Naga Chaitanya and Sobhita tied the knot on December 4, 2024, in a traditional South Indian Telugu wedding ceremony. Their marriage was attended by a few popular Tollywood and Kollywood stars like Chiranjeevi, Venkatesh, Rana Daggubati, Nani, Adivi Sesh, Karthi and filmmaker Anurag Kashyap. After the wedding, the couple also visited a temple to seek blessings.

Meanwhile Naga Chaitanya’s brother, Akhil Akkineni, is also preparing to marry his fiancée Zainab Ravdjee with whom he got engaged in November last year.

While fans eagerly wait for an official announcement, excitement around the growing Akkineni family continues to build.
