Madhave Madhusudana Review

Stories replete with elements of romance and love always get a rousing reception from audiences. The latest release at box office Madhava Madhusudana is one such tale that delves on eternal love, sacrifice and despair.

Sixty-four year Bommadevara Ramachandra Rao has directed this beautiful love tale in the most touching way. Tej Bommadevara gets introduced to audiences as the hero in the film. Rishiki Lokre is his love interest. Produced under Sai Ratna Creations banner, the film is released in theatres all across Telugu States. Let’s take a look at how this movie is released on November 24.

Story

On a business trip to Bengaluru, Madhav (Tej Bommadevara) boards a train along with his friends Josh Ravi and Shiva. However, the train they boarded takes them to a different destination near Araku valley. On an abandoned railway platform, he happens to meet a girl Aradhya (Rishiki Lokre). This short meetup gradually turns into friendship. When Madhav introduces Aradhya to his friends, they come to know that the girl is an invisible being.
What is the relationship between that girl and Madhav? Why does he go after Aradhya? What is their past life – is what forms the crux of the story.

Performances

This film is actor Tej Bommedevara’s debut flick. It seemed a perfect platform for him to showcase his talent. Although he looked novice, his talent in dance served him well. Rishika Lokre has been impressive with her acting talent. Josh Ravi and Shiva have delivered hilarious comedy.

Review

The first half has taken a sweet time to establish the characters. As the movie progresses revealing the conflict point, you get enthusiastic to invest time in it. Although a few routine sequences and dialogues may initially give you a headache but as the story paces up, it gets interesting.

Director Ramachandra Rao has perfectly maintained the required momentum to carry it to the second half. The latter half is about Madhav’s tragic past. When his parents boast about their honour and lordship in the society, Madhav is simple and takes life as it comes. When he finally poured out his feelings to marry simple girl Aradhya the friction between his father and him leads to his death.

How does the story unfold after Madhav’s reincarnation to marry Aradhya in the next birth? What sacrifice he makes in the end — is neatly transformed onto the screen. The heartwarming twist at the end will make your heart melt.
