But this trend is quite alien to the Telugu film industry. But actor Sudheer Babu broke the norms and announced the biopic of Badminton player turned coach Pullela Gopichand.
Director Praveen Sattaru already wrote the script and even Sudheer Babu was prepping up rigorously for the role. But the latest news suggests that the makers have shelved this project citing budget constraints. Currently, Praveen Sattaru is busy filming a movie with senior actor Raja Shekhar. Thus, industry sources revealed that the project may not take off in the near future.
