After July 2005, Mumbai is currently facing the worst rains, perhaps the heaviest. Public transport is totally shut, schools and colleges are closed for another two days and hundreds of people have stranded in midway. Weather officials have warned the people to be alert because heavy rains to continue for another 24 hours.
