It was a depressing week in Hyderabad for netizens. While it poured continuously, the only bright spot that kept us entertained in the last two days was Niharika’s engagement. We all had our fill with Nikhil’s, Nithin’s and Rana- Miheeka’s functions. We tried being happy with whatever little photos that were released by the media. As we wait to devour news to do with Sandeep Kishan’s reported wedding announcement, a small review here on Niharika’s engagement.
Niharika looked resplendent in her bridal finery but the video which is like an apparent curtain raiser was a dampner. It was badly shot. It showed the groom adjusting his hair, wearing his watch, buttoning his shirt, relaxing on a sofa etc while he glanced at a serious look. Then comes a decked up Niharika who casts a far more serious look that reminds us about a serial and a villainous bahu.
All the shots taken on the groom would have created some kind of excitement had he been a big star or a mass hero.The buzz, hype and the build-up fell flat as it was shot on a normal person. The photo shoot was good with Niharika as usual dominating the show with her over excitement. That wasn’t a coy or demure bride to be all but the beautiful take away from the entire event was the presence of the entire mega family and Chiranjeevi and his wife Surekha being there in advance to enjoy the function.
