Actress Trisha Krishnan’s first look from Petta is out. The makers unveiled a poster of Trisha, where Rajinikanth pushing the swing seated by Trisha. Her character name is introduced as Saro. Trish draped in traditional saree, with flowers and bangles put on has turned into a village belle, a de-glamourous role, unlike her commercial potboilers. Trisha unveiled the look with the caption, “dream come true to be pairing with the one and only SUPERSTAR”

So far, two characters Vijay Sethupathi as Jithu and Nawazuddin Siddiqui as Singaar Singh has been unveiled. Directed by Karthik Subbaraj and produced by Sun Pictures, the film is all set for 2019 Pongal release. Other artistes who are part of Petta are Bobby Simha, Sasikumar, Simran, and Malayalam actor Manikandan R Achari.
