Ram Charan vs Jr NTR:
Ram Charan and Jr NTR, two of Tollywood’s biggest stars gained nationwide fame after their roles in Rajamouli’s blockbuster film RRR. This film not only elevated their careers but also made them pan-India stars. Since the release of RRR, their popularity has skyrocketed and fans on social media often debate who is the bigger hero.
After RRR, Jr NTR starred in Devara, a film directed by Koratala Shiva. The film performed well at the box office and became a hit. On the other hand, Ram Charan’s upcoming film, GameChanger also created a lot of buzz. Despite the hype, the film had mixed expectations, especially in the North Indian market, due to director Shankar’s previous flops. As a result, expectations for GameChanger were lower compared to Devara.
In terms of box office performance, if GameChanger receives positive talk, then it is expected to do better than Devara in the long run because of bikes ticket prices. However, it is unlikely that GameChanger will surpass the opening-day worldwide gross of Devara or not. Jr NTR’s film set a strong opening, and it remains to be seen if Ram Charan’s GameChanger can reach the same heights.
The real question is whether GameChanger will manage to outdo Devara’s full-run gross, which stands at ₹440 crore. With both stars having strong fan followings and unique films, the competition between them is fierce. It will be interesting to see who comes out on top as both heroes continue to deliver exciting performances on the big screen.
As of now, the battle between Ram Charan and Jr NTR for the top spot in Tollywood is still on, and only time will tell who will have the upper hand.
