Rural audiences are more connected to 'Ala Ninnu Cheri': Producer Sai Sudhakar

Producer Kommalapati Sai Sudhakar says his latest flick at the Telugu box office ‘Ala Ninnu Cheri’ is receiving a good response from the public.

Actor Dinesh Tej, Hebah Patel and Payal Radhakrishna in the lead roles, feel-good romantic entertainer ‘Ala Ninnu Cheri’ was released in Telugu States on Friday.

This movie is presented by Kommalapati Sridhar under the banner of Viision Movie Makers. Maresh Shivan directed the movie, while Kommalapati Sai Sudhakar produced it. Oscar-award winner Chandra Bose penned the lyrics and Subhash Anand composed the music. The film hit the screens today and received a positive response.

Citing the reason to enter film production, Sai Sudhakar says that his grandfather was in distribution for a long time in the past. “We have loved movies since childhood. When I decided to make a film, I wanted a story that could impress all sections of the audience. My interest in acting in movies probably compelled me to ace the hat of an artiste. Even though I didn’t know much about acting, I appeared on the screen. So, the response was good. I tried a small character because it is my own film,” he says.

Sudhakar is all praises for director Maresh Shivan. He is impressed with Maresh Shivan’s good story and heart-touching dialogues. In fact, the dialogues written by him are getting good responses in the theatre, he said.

The producer spent the budget that was needed for the story. “There were not many songs in the movie initially. We spent a good budget for the songs. We shot the movie in the village and in the real locations,” he says, adding that his team is delighted with the response of the movie after it is released. More importantly, the response from the rural areas is amazing. They are all connected to the first half,” he says.
