In a shocking move, hours after 2.0 release, the film has been attacked by piracy. Notorious website Tamil Rockers have leaked 2.0 HD print and it’s free for download from its site. Earlier, 2.0 makers have released a statement stating that have set up a separate team to identify websites that lek movie and so far. 12,000 links were identified and were brought down to curb piracy. However., they fail to establish Tamil Rockers and is et to be seen whether this will effect Thalaivar’s film.

Previously, Vishal, President of Tamil Film Producers’ Council and Secretary of Nadigar Sangam undertook measure to curb the piracy on showbiz world. They established an anti-piracy team and submitted a list of websites to the state government that indulge in the notorious act. Thought most of the websites were tracked and written off however they fail to identify Tamil Rockers, whihc recently leaked Dhanush’s Vada Chennai and Vijay’s Sarkar.
