Legendary singer SP Balasubrahmanyam will be conferred with Centenary Award for Indian film personality at International Film Festival of India 2016 that will be held in Goa. The Information and Broadcasting Ministry had organized a curtain raiser event of the festival the other day.
The event was attended by Union Ministers Venkaiah Naidu, Rajyavardhan Singh Rathore, Goa Chief Minister Francis D’souza and others. The event will start on 20th November and ends on 27th November. 194 films from across the world will be screened at this festival. Ace filmmaker SS Rajamouli will attend as the chief guest for the closing ceremony of the festival.
