Fortunately, Rajinikanth was away shooting for his upcoming film, ‘Thalaivar 170’, in Tirunelveli at the time of the flooding.

Living in the posh Poes Garden area, Rajinikanth’s house was one of the most affected places due to the floods in Chennai. Shared on social media, a video from a fan depicted the waterlogged roads, showcasing the challenging situation in the neighborhood, including in front of Rajinikanth’s residence.

Fans online are surprised and concerned about the situation. One user expressed shock by commenting, “Even Thalaivar is facing such a difficult situation.”

Efforts for flood relief have been ongoing, with volunteers and the Tamil Nadu government working tirelessly. Many actors have contributed funds to support those affected by the flood.
