Ravi Teja and Shruti Haasan teamed up for the film Krack, after their successful outing Balupu in the past. Gopichand Malineni is the director of the two movies. The film marks the reunion of the trio after a long time. Ravi Teja plays a powerful cop in the film and the theatrical trailer hinted at a complete action movie. Ravi Teja’s Krack is the first biggest film to have a grand release in theatres this year. The film will release in theatres with 50 percent occupancy. If the film becomes a hit, it will be a big boost to producers and distributors. On the other hand, the online streaming rights remained unsold.
Aha Video and Amazon Prime Video engaged in a battle to grab the rights of the movie. Both the streaming platforms are bidding high prices. Aha considers this as a prestigious deal. Krack will become the first biggie to stream on Aha video as the platform did not take the rights for any film of this range. On the other side, Amazon Prime Video wants to live up to its reputation by adding Krack to its library. Tagore Madhu is the film’s producer who is yet to take a final call. The reports say that the final decision will be taken in a day or two.
