Earlier this year, we heard that producer Allu Aravind is teaming up with Superstar Mahesh Babu for a film. It was also stated that Parasuram of Geetha Govindham fame will direct this project. Though Parasuram narrated the story to Mahesh, it didn’t go on floors. Apparently, the Dookudu actor wasn’t entirely satisfied with Parasuram’s script and asked him to work on it once again. Then, he moved on to Anil Ravipudi’s Sarileru Neekevvaru. But Aravind didn’t give up on Mahesh and declared that he will do a film for sure.
But Parasuram might not direct this movie as he has announced his next film with Naga Chaitanya. Thus, Aravind is now searching for another director who can helm a film with Mahesh. It seems that even Mahesh is keen on making a film with Aravind and is just waiting for the right script. The project might get announced officially very soon.
Meanwhile, Allu Aravind is busy with quite a few releases in 2020. He is bankrolling multiple films like Ala…Vaikunthapurramuloo, Jersey Hindi remake, Akhil-Bommarillu Bhaskar’s film, a film with Nikhil and another film with Karthikeya.
