Anand Deverakonda made his debut in Dorasani which also starred debutante Shivatmika. Directed by KVR Mahendra, the film received appreciation from the critics and was hailed for cinematography, mellifluous music, and lead actors performances, but the film was a dud at the box-office and failed to rake in the moolah.

Now, Anand has moved on and is prepping up for his next where he has teamed up with debut director Vinod. A source says, “Anand was sensible enough to pick up a script that suits his age and body language. He has already started prepping up for the role and will commence shooting soon.”    The film which will g on floors soon is said to be coming-of-age film and bankrolled by Bhavya Creations.
