Weeks after Hyderabad encounter, another incident appears where an auto-driver tried to rape a transgender who boarded his vehicle. The accused Mahesh has been arrested and a complaint has been lodged against him.
According to reports, the victim boarded the vehicle on Tuesday. After realizing Mahesh’s indecent behavior, she raised alarm to other transgenders following which she escaped. Later, Mahesh was thrashed and handed over to the Bachupally police.
