The much-awiated reality show, Bigg Boss Telugu 3 aired on as per the scheduled. Clad in black suite, Nagarjuna looked suave as ever.
The show that kickstarted at 9pm went on till 11pm in the midnight having each guest with an introductory note and then entering the house. The show has 15 contestants – Vithika Sheru, Varun Sandesh, Sreemukhi, Mahesh Vitta, Ali Reza, Hema, Punarnavi Bhupalam, Baba Bhaskar, Rohini, Rahul Sipligunj, Himaja, Jaffar, Ashu Reddy, Ravi Krishna and Shiva Jyothi.
So far, the opening day looked nice with the Bigg Boss organisers roping in popular figures though no commoner was seen this time.
Bigg Boss controversy
The show for the first time has been accused of indecent behaviour by two women which has created a lot of negative buzz around Bigg Boss. Ask him about the casting couch, Siva Balaji says, “The casting couch exists everywhere. But the film and TV industry is targeted as news spreads fast. People with complaints should go to the channel, the police or fight legally instead of appearing on TV channels and giving sound bytes.”
Bigg Boss selection process
Siva Balaji further opens up on the selection process and reveals out of many celebrities only few people are selected. He also quips that “Their procedure of selections is different and they ask with full clarity. Some of the questions may be uncomfortable, but necessary”.
He further adds, “The first round of interviews alone do not qualify a person to become a contestant, because they want to check the person’s psychology and how he/she will be with people of different mindsets.”
