Megastar Chiranjeevi is prepping for the grand release of high budget and dream project Sye Raa Narasimha Reddy’s release on October 2. The makers chose the conventional date as October 2nd is a holiday followed by Dussehra vacation. However, Chiranjeevi is worried as Hrithik Roshan and Tiger Shroff starrer WAR is also set to release on the same day.
Despite the Hindi rights are being owned by Farhan Akhtar’s production house, Sye Raa team fear that the clash could hamper the collections in North Indian market. speaking about, a source informs, “That’s why Chiranjeevi started his promotion from Mumbai and not from here. He plans more promotional events in the coming days to compete with Hritik Roshan’s film”.
Chiru to rope in Big B, Rajinikanth
Chiru now is planning to compete with Hrithik’s WAR through promotions and is said to be planning big. Although the venue is yet to be decided, Chiru wants to rope in Amitabh Bachchan and Rajinikanth for the mega promotional activities. “The venue is not yet decided and once it’s final, he is going to announce the details,” adds the source.
