Emerging actor Rakesh Varre, who is known for his role Sethupathi in the movie ‘Baahubali’, is coming up with crazy comedy entertainer ‘Pekamedalu’. Rakesh is also producing the film under the banner Crazyants Productions.
‘Pekamedalu’ also features Vinoth Kishan, who acted in ‘Naa Peru Shiva’ and ‘Andhaghaaram’. Anoosha is the female lead. The film boasts as many as 50 talented newcomers and experienced technicians. Renowned sound designer Renganath Ravee, who worked for ‘Angamaly Diaries’ and ‘Jallikattu’ along with sound mixer Kannan Ganpath are onboard ‘Pekamedalu’.
Rakesh Varre is known for his work ‘Evvarikee Cheppoddu’ which was produced under his own production banner Crazy Ants Productions. The film released in theaters in 2019 and became among the most viewed Telugu films on Netflix within four years.
‘Pekamedalu’ introduces a new director to the Telugu film industry Neelagiri Mamilla. The film is expected to be released in theatres in August.
