Vijay Deverakonda to postpone his film’s release?

Rowdy Star Vijay Deverakonda is coming up with the first venture of 2019, Dear Comrade. Directed by debutant Bharat Kamma, this film features Rashmika Mandanna as the female lead. It is being bankrolled Mythri Movie Makers and it was already announced that the film will hit the screens on May 31st.

The makers also said that it will have a simultaneous release in all the four South Indian languages. But, the film got a jolt the other day when it was announced that Suriya’s NGK will be released on the same day. Vijay, who is a rising star, didn’t want to clash with star hero like Suriya.

Thus, he asked the makers to push it for a week and release it on June 6th, which coincides with the Eid weekend. The makers are now considering the possibilities and an official announcement is expected to be made soon.
