Did Allu Arjun intentionally upset Pawan Kalyan fans?
Tensions between Allu Arjun’s fans, known as the Allu Army, and Mega fans, the collective fandom of Chiranjeevi, Pawan Kalyan and Ram Charan have recently intensified on social media. A recent Instagram post by Allu Arjun has further fueled this friction.
Last night, Allu Arjun shared an image as his Instagram status. At first glance, the photo seemed harmless. However, eagle-eyed fans noticed a poster in the background with the phrase “Em PeeKaleru Brother.” Many of Pawan Kalyan’s fans interpreted this as a subtle jab at their idol. This sparked heated online debates with some accusing Allu Arjun of intentionally provoking them.
Given Allu Arjun’s stature and his busy schedule with the highly anticipated release of Pushpa 2, it seems unlikely that he personally curated the image to spark controversy. With just days to go before Pushpa 2 hits theaters, the actor is likely preoccupied with promotions and ensuring the film’s final cut is perfect. It appears more plausible that the post was an unintentional oversight by his team rather than a calculated move by the star himself.
Despite this, the backlash has been swift. Some Pawan Kalyan fans have taken to social media to express their anger, even claiming they will boycott Pushpa 2 as a result. Although Allu Arjun’s team quickly deleted the image and replaced it, the damage was already done.
