The much-awaited story based on the college life of renowned student leader George Reddy has been in the making for a while. Its recent trailer created quite the buzz around the film. And the latest is that the film is set to release on November 22.
The film traces how George progressed to be a student leader who fought for the rights of the underprivileged students and became a hero of sorts between 1965 and 1975 when he was killed.
Starring Vangaveeti fame Sandeep Madhav in the title role, the film is presently in post-production. Directed by Dalam fame Jeevan Reddy, the film is a production of Mic Movies. Speaking about the same, producers Appireddy, and representatives of Silly Monks and Three Lines said, “We are so happy with the response for the film’s trailer. Abhishek Pictures has bought the film’s distribution rights and we are thankful to them for taking the film to another level! We are quite confident about the movie and we have made it sans any compromise. We are sure everyone will like this!” The film sees prominent actor Satya Dev Kancharana in a key role alongside Muskaan, Manoj Nandam, Chaitanya Krishna, Shatru, Vinay Varma, Tiruveer, Abhay, Mahati others.
