Mahesh Babu’s recent movie, Guntur Kaaram, is doing well at the box office despite some mixed reviews. The film has earned over Rs. 200 crores globally. The producer, Naga Vamsi, talked about the movie’s performance at a press meet.
He mentioned that initially, there was negativity on social media and in the media after the first day’s late-night shows. However, the talk about the film improved once families started going to theaters. Mahesh Babu remained confident even after mixed reviews on the first day, and his belief in the film paid off.
Naga Vamsi also shared that there will be interviews with Trivikram Garu in the coming week, and they plan to organize a big success party soon. Despite some media spreading negative talk about the film, it eventually worked well.
To address unfair ratings, he said that they complained to Book My Show, asking to allow only those who bought tickets on their platform to give ratings. Naga Vamsi acknowledged Mahesh Babu’s exceptional performance but highlighted that it was a “Two Men Show” with credit to Trivikram Garu.
Guntur Kaaram stars Sreeleela and Meenakshi Chaudhary as the main actresses, along with a talented cast. The movie, produced by Haarika & Hassine Creations, features music by Thaman.
