With the recent announcement of a new release date for “Salaar” on December 22, a ripple effect is being felt across the film industry as many movies are reconsidering their release schedules, including films like “Hanu-Man,” originally slated for Sankranthi 2024.
In response to these reports, director Prasanth Varma took to Twitter and shared an image of a Lord Hanuman statue along with the caption “HanuMan 12 JAN 2024,” firmly indicating that the film’s planned release date remains unchanged.
Sankranthi 2024 has already become a popular choice for several films to hit the screens. Notable among these are “Guntur Kaaram,” “Eagle,” “Family Star” (featuring Vijay Deverakonda), and “Naa Saami Ranga.”
“Hanu Man” is a pan-Indian project with Teja Sajja portraying a devoted follower of Lord Hanuman, and Amritha Aiyer taking on the lead role in this superhero-themed movie.
