Young Rebel Star Prabhas is currently busy with the shoot of his upcoming flick Radhe Shyam. This film is in production for a long time now. There were many postponements in the shoot due to various reasons. Now, it is being heard that Prabhas is worrying about its increased budget. According to the sources, Radhe Shyam’s proposed budget was Rs. 250 crores. The filming began in 2018. Prabhas’s cousin Paseedha Uppalapati and Vamsi are jointly bankrolling the project.
After many delays, we now hear that the budget rose up to Rs. 350 crores. This is a concerning factor as the theatres haven’t opened with full-capacity and we don’t know when will that happen. The distributors and exhibitors are not shelling out a huge amount to buy the theatrical rights. The overseas market is very low as many countries are yet to open the cinema halls. Considering all these factors, it is a huge task for Radhe Shyam to recover the budget if it hits the screens this year.
