Plot
KD(Adivi Sesh) is a very smart cop in the city of Vizag. He solves cases just like that, but one case makes his life upside down. A serial killer is on the loose and he is targeting only women. KD is assigned the case and he faces hell and gets his family involved to solve the case. How did he do that is the story of HIT 2.
Performances
Adivi Sesh is a pro when it comes to doing thrillers and HIT 2’s role is a piece of cake for him. He plays an overconfident cop who is challenged big time and Sesh nails it. Meeankshi Chaudary looks amazing and also has good acting prowess. Komalee Prasad gets a very good role, and she was amazing. Rao Ramesh was okay and the actor who played the killer was also very good.

Analysis
HIT 2 is a cop drama that has a serial killer set up. So, story-wise there is nothing great you will see. But the manner in which the director Sailesh has created leads to find the killer was so nice. The manner in which the film unfolds the drama and investigation was wonderful to see on screen.
The BGM was a big letdown and more depth in the score would have elevated the film even better. The manner in which the director uses Sesh’s style and energy to hold the attention was quite good to see on screen. The visuals were arresting, and the production design was impressive. But the film starts on a slow note and has nothing new that is thrown at the audience.
What clicks is Sesh and the manner in which he investigates the case. The director makes sure that there are not many dull moments in the film and engages with the rustic screenplay which holds the attention. If you have an eye for thriller, HIT 2 will surely impress you. All we say is to just lower your expectations and you will be just fine.
