This year’s biggest blockbuster Janatha Garage which had Jr. NTR in the lead role, has turned out to be a huge hit on the small screen too. This film, which was premiered on October 23 on Maa TV, got 20.69 points. This the biggest TRP rating for a Telugu film this year.
Overall, Janatha Garage stood on top 3, just after Baahubali and Srimanthudu. This year it has crossed various films like Bichagadu (18.75), Sardaar Gabbar Singh (15.34) and Supreme (14.75) to clinch the top spot. Directed by Koratala Siva, Janatha Garage has grossed over Rs. 120 crores in its full run. This the biggest hit in Tarak’s career.
