It all started after, elated Adarsh landed a cameo role in NTR Jr’s upcoming film Aravinda Sametha. Adrash took to social media and posted a picture of himself self along with Trivikram and NTR Jr. He captioned the picture, “Turned out to be an extra special Sunday. Adarsh wouldn’t have thought that a simple tweet would court controversy for no reason. The fans who took notice of the were quick to react for not keeping up to the snuff for disrespecting their stars.
