Energetic Hero Ram teamed up with dashing director Puri Jagannath for the first time for the film Ismart Shankar. The film is touted to be an out and out commercial entertainer and feature Ram as a tech junkie based in Hyderabad. The shoot of this film is currently underway.

The team has wrapped up an action schedule in Varanasi the other day and will start the next schedule on this Tuesday. During its launch, Puri said that he will release the film in the month of May. But if we look at the things, the shoot is yet to complete and the post-production hasn’t even started.
Thus, it is almost confirmed that the movie will not release in May. We are hearing that it will release only after mid-June. Ismart Shankar features Nidhi Aggerwal and Nabha Natesh as the heroines. It is being bankrolled jointly by Puri and Charmme. Manisharma is scoring the music.
