Till recently, there was a buzz that Keerthy Suresh will get to work in Rajamouli’s mega multi-starrer RRR. Even Rajamouli considered her name in view of her popularity down south. But, in the final analysisRajamouli, it appears is preferring a Bollywood heroine as she will have a larger reach across the country.
In effect, he poured water on Keerthy’s dreams. Keerthy, in fact, did not commit herself for any other film as she did not want to loose offer if and when it comes. She has only taken offers from Tamil. Right now, she has a Murugadoss project with super star Rajini. She will play the heroine for Rajini and Nayanthara will play the other key role.

Interestingly, one expected her to get lot of plum offers in Telugu after Mahanati. But, now it turns out that she has no film in Telugu at all. Even big heroes are not considering her name for any role.
