Opinion: Who will sign these druggies?

Deepika, Sara, Shraddha stand exposed but an oft repeated line is ‘public have short memory’ is being quoted by Bollywood film makers. No longer that is true or holds good. The public have an elephantine memory and who are these actresses actually fooling? They came tutored by the same lawyer they hired and must have felt victorious for having been let away and not asked to come again for questioning. They are completely wrong and living in a state of denial. Their phones have been seized, their secrets exposed and if their time is bad they will be jailed too or may even be bailed. In the eyes of the public, they are druggies and their image has come crashing down.

Who will sign these druggies They could be fantastic actors but Sushant Singh Rajput’s death has stripped them of their masks. It is a shame and disgrace that not one has spoken against the twin deaths in Bollywood because all of them are connected by the same crime of drug pedalling and consuming. Very soon the license of KWAN too will be revoked and that will be the case of other agencies as well. Already there is a talk that the advertising agencies are thinking twice to renew their contracts or they might even drop them. Who would want a druggie to endorse their brands? These actresses are so scared, shamed that they are avoiding the media and it will be interesting to see how they will face them when their films get ready for release. Everyone knows Deepika has no substantial knowledge like Baba Ram Dev said. Search online for an interview wherein she says Rahul Gandhi would be an ideal prime minister in the making and she is waiting to see him occupy the pedestal one day. That was one byte where people truly guessed she had consumed drugs, the JNTU appearance notwithstanding where she just stood mum.
