Director SS Rajamouli has accepted the Haritha Haram challenge thrown by Nizamabad MP Kalvakuntla Kavitha. The director posted on Twitter a picture of himself while sapling. Baahubali filmmaker planted Banyan, Gulmohar and Neem saplings and he nominated Pullela Gopichand, Minister KT Rama Rao, Arjun Reddy director Sandeep Reddy Vanga and Nag Ashwin. Interestingly, Sandeep was quick to respond to Rajamoulis tweet saying, accepted the challenge sir”.

The Haritha Haram Challenge was kick-started by Igniting Minds remembering former President APJ Abdul Kalam. The challenge wat to promote green environment drive among the people and giving a healthy environment to the younger generations
