When she was in the prime of her career in Tollywood, Rakul Preet Singh moved to Mumbai to act in the film De De Pyaar De. She has lost a lot of weight as well for this movie. Many people trolled her for losing weight after going to Bollywood. Now, Rakul gave them a befitting reply. Speaking in a recent interview, Rakul said that she didn’t want to lose the chance of acting beside Ajay Devgn and Tabu.
That is the reason why she signed that film and worked out for four hours daily to attain a lean physique. As a result, she lost around eight kilos in 40 days. Rakul said that may people called it an end for her career in Telugu cinema. But the actress didn’t pay attention to the criticism and focussed on the film. She says that none of the criticism became true as she is still getting good offers in Telugu. Rakul is currently acting in Telugu movies like Check and an untitled film under the direction of Krish.
