Rakul Preet Singh is an A-list actress down South. The popular actress has worked with established actors and recently also has spread her wings to Bollywood. Her last Hindi film De De Pyaar De opened to a good response and she awaits interesting films in the pipeline. However, with uncertainty looming large due to Coronavirus, the shoots of the films is yet to get start. Meanwhile, it is learnt that Rakul has slashed her remuneration to 50 percent in the wake of COVID to help the producers who have incurred loss. So, her fee will now stands at Rs 75 lakh. However, an official word about the same is yet to come. It is also to be seen if our Telugu actors would comes forward and take a pay cut too. Incidentally, Kollywood hero Vijay Antony keeping the grim situation in mind, has long back announced his pay cut to 25% for his three upcoming films.

On the work front, Rakul will be starring alongside Arjun Kapoor, for which the project will be helmed by Kaashvie Nair. She also has big-ticket film in South. She will be seen in Indian 2 which stars Kamal Haasan, Kajal Aggarwal, and Nedumudi Venu. Apart from this, she also has Ayalaan co-starring Sivakarthikeyan.
