Rana and Suresh Babu Daggubati were issued notice from the Nampally court on Saturday for their alleged involvement in land-grab case in Film Nagar, Hyderabad. According to the details, a case has been registered at the Banjara Hills police station following the complaint lodged by a businessman named Pramod Kumar.
He mentioned in the complaint that he was allegedly beaten up by goons who threatened him to vacate the place. The victim further accused Suresh Babu’s involvement behind the attack.
Initially, police were hesitant over taking up the complaint filed by the victim. More details about the issue are to emerge.
