Samantha Ruth Prabhu has returned to work after a break filled with travel. She recently attended a promotional event for the upcoming film, “The Marvels,” in Hyderabad. Samantha looked stylish in a black jacket, blue jeans, and a white crop top, complemented by heels and sunglasses. She even posed with superheroes at the event.
Samantha expressed her fascination with superhero movies and the idea of having superpowers, saying, “Don’t we all want to be one?” When asked about the superhero in her life, she gave credit to her mother. She emotionally revealed that her mother had been taking care of her for the past year, a reversal of roles. Samantha also thanked her close friends for their support during her challenging times. When asked about the superpower she’d want, Samantha mentioned needing strength at the moment.
Samantha was last seen in the romantic drama film Kushi, helmed by Shiva Nirvana. The film featured Vijay Deverakonda opposite her and also had other prominent names like Sachin Khedkar, Jayaram, Saranya Ponvannan, Murali Sharma, and Rashmi as part of the cast.
As for “The Marvels,” it’s an upcoming film directed by Nia DaCosta, featuring a star-studded cast, including Brie Larson, Iman Vellani, Teyonah Parris, Zawe Ashton, and Samuel L. Jackson. The film revolves around three lead characters who swap powers when they use them. It’s set to hit Indian screens on November 10th.
