Shamili is well known as a child actor as she was seen in many films as a sweet little kid. She made her debut as a heroine in 2009 musical romantic comedy film Oye. Later, she flew to the USA to pursue the career in filmmaking. She came back last year and resumed working for the films. Her latest film was Vikram Prabhu’s Veer Shivaji which was released a week ago.
Speaking in an interview, Shamili revealed that she wants to act with Thala Ajith. It is known that Ajith is the husband of Shamili’s sister Shalini. However, this Oye girl admitted that she doesn’t want to work with him as a heroine but in any important character. Shamili takes Ajith as an inspiration and even he gives her suggestions on how to improve acting skills.
