Well-known music director R.P. Patnaik was one of the top most music directors a few years back. He is known for many soothing melody songs and he has many hit love numbers in his kitty. But of late, this talented composer has been getting very few offers and he has also shifted to acting and direction and made some critically acclaimed films.
Currently, RP is busy with the promotions of his upcoming film Manalo Okkadu. During a recent interview, RP said that he would’ve given better music for Nani’s Majnu if he composed for that film. He said that he liked Gopi Sundar’s music but he just felt that he can score well for that kind of soft love stories. RP also said hat Devi Sri Prasad is one composer in this generation who gives his 100% dedication towards a film. RP opined that Thaman and Anup Rubens use auto tuners for singer’s voice which would decrease the quality of voice, otherwise, he likes their tunes. Meanwhile, Manalo Okkadu is releasing on November 4.
