Vishnu Manchu’s epic film Kannappa locks it’s release date
Vishnu Manchu’s ambitious film Kannappa is creating significant buzz as one of the most awaited Pan-India movies. The film’s release date was recently announced during a visit to Shri Mahakaleshwar Temple in Ujjain. Vishnu was joined by his father Mohan Babu, actor Sarathkumar, Arpit Ranka, and director Mukesh Kumar Singh for this special occasion.
Kannappa is set to hit theaters worldwide on April 25, 2025. The summer release ensures maximum audience reach, taking advantage of the holiday season and allowing ample time for promotional activities.

So far, the movie has released its first-look posters and a teaser, both of which have heightened excitement among fans. With one of the largest budgets in Indian cinema, the film will be released in multiple languages, appealing to a wide audience.
The story revolves around Kannappa, a devoted warrior and one of Lord Shiva’s greatest followers. To honor the movie’s spiritual theme, Vishnu and his team plan to visit all twelve Jyotirlingas before the release. After their pilgrimage to Kedarnath, the team visited the Mahakaleshwar Temple and will soon travel to Omkareshwar Temple.
Shot on a grand international scale, Kannappa features stunning visuals, including scenes filmed in New Zealand. Hollywood technicians are also contributing to the project, promising a visual spectacle for audiences.
The film’s star-studded cast, featuring actors like Prabhas, Akshay Kumar, Mohanlal, and Kajal Aggarwal, has further elevated the anticipation. Regular updates and promotions are planned to maintain the excitement leading up to the release
