While we were all hoping for Ranveer Singh to romance Alia Bhatt all over again in Takht after Gully Boy, we now have news that they will be signing a new film altogether.
Takht, due to various reasons has been pushed forward and Karan Johar is working on several new scripts. One of which will feature Ranveer Singh and Alia Bhatt as a romantic couple. From the talks of it, it will be a rom-com. After the duo starred in the critically acclaimed Gully Boy, Karan was keen to sign the pair again.
Alia also has Sadak 2 releasing this month on Hotstar. The film will see Mahesh Bhatt as the director and also stars Sanjay Dutt, Aditya Roy Kapur in pivotal roles. Apart from that, Alia also has Brahmastra with Ranbir Kapoor but that film has also been postponed. She will be also seen in Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s Gangubai and RRR.
