Anasuya Bharadwaj has emerged as a popular anchor-cum-actress in recent years. The actress who shot to fame with Jabardasth forayed into acting with Adivi Sesh’s Kshanam. She grooved in F2 and then played pivotal roles in Yatra and Rangasthalam. The 34-year-old diva has now emerged as the leading lady in, Kathanam.
The crime thriller is all set to have box-office clash with Nagarjuna. Yes, Manmaadhudu2 and Kathanam are locking horns on August 9. While the former is a rom-com, the latter is a crime thriller. The film poster and the teaser generated good buzz. The film sees Anasuya essaying assistant director role who is entangled in a mysterious murder by becoming the suspect. The proceedings turn out the way Anausya had worked on her script. The film has Vennela Kishore and Dhanraj as well.
Directed by Rajesh Nadendla, the film is produced by B Narendra Reddy & Sarma Chukka. Sunil Kashyap has scored the music.
