Despite the vigorous efforts of the YSR Congress to sway public opinion in its favor through extensive media coverage and social media campaigns, recent national media surveys paint a different picture of Andhra Pradesh’s political climate, largely favoring the TDP+ alliance. According to the Opinion Poll Results conducted by NewsX in collaboration with D-Dynamics, the TDP is emerging as the frontrunner in the state.

The survey addezld, in Andhra Pradesh, the TDP is projected to secure victory in fourteen parliamentary seats, while its coalition partners, Janasena and BJP, are expected to win two seats each. In contrast, the YSR Congress is predicted to win only seven seats. A detailed analysis of these results highlights the BJP’s role as a liability within the alliance, as it manages to secure victory in only two out of the six seats it is contesting.

The TDP’s impressive performance, winning fourteen out of the seventeen seats it is contesting, underscores its stronghold in the region. Similarly, Janasena maintains a perfect record by winning both seats it is vying for, indicating strong voter support. However, the BJP’s underperformance raises concerns, as its limited success dampens the overall performance of the coalition.

Turning to Telangana, the Congress emerges as the leading party, poised to secure victory in eight seats. Meanwhile, the BJP is projected to win five seats, followed by BRS with three seats, and MIM retaining its sole seat in Hyderabad. Despite Congress’s anticipated majority, the survey indicated that outcome may disappoint Revanth Reddy, especially if the party fails to secure double-digit seats. Moreover, BJP’s gains at the expense of BRS could further complicate the political landscape.
